The VILADA Hot Tub is a large outdoor spa designed to accommodate up to 6 people. The soaking area is spacious and comfortable. Each seating and lounging area is designed with its own unique features to provide special benefits and an enjoyable outdoor hot water experience.The interior includes ergonomically designed loungers and seats, together with a high-quality hydrotherapy massage system. The massage jets are positioned throughout the tub to target the body from the neck to the soles of the feet. The spa shell features a black marble-like surface, complemented by gray synthetic wood panels around the tub. It combines advanced functions with aesthetic design, creating a relaxing space for family members to share happiness together.

Lounger 1

This area is designed for full-body lounging in the water. The hip section is slightly elevated to provide better support, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the outdoor view while reclining. The lounger is designed with a water depth that reaches the shoulders for a relaxing soaking experience.

Lounger 2

The soaking area on the opposite side of Lounge Seat 1 is designed with a longer space for leg placement, allowing users to stretch and relax comfortably. This area also features a deeper water level, enhancing comfort and creating an even more relaxing soaking experience.

Cool Down Seat 1

A seating position designed to shift from full-body soaking to a shallower water level, allowing the upper body to remain more above the water. This helps reduce heat from the warm water while providing a comfortable spot to enjoy a wide outdoor view.

Corner Seat  1

A seating position designed with a deep water level reaching the neck, allowing the body to relax through the natural support of the water. The seat is shaped to submerge the hips more deeply, helping the body feel lighter and promoting a deeply relaxing soaking experience.

Cool Down Seat 2

Another relaxation seat located at the center of the hot tub. In addition to being a perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding view, it also provides a comfortable place for casual conversations and enjoyable moments with family members.

Corner Seat 2

Designed to fit comfortably with the back and hips, this seat features a wide and supportive area for relaxation. The water depth reaches the shoulders, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the massage system and experience the health benefits of warm water therapy.

Directional Jet Massage

The VILADA hot tub features carefully selected direct jet massage nozzles designed to create a pressure-point massage effect. This type of jet provides targeted massage to specific muscle areas. Shaped like a jet nozzle or cone, it delivers a straight, focused stream of water for precise hydrotherapy.

These jets serve as the primary massage components of the spa, helping promote relaxation, with a total of 82 positions installed.

Rotational Jet Massage

Rotational jet nozzles provide a more dynamic massage experience. They create a kneading and swirling massage motion, delivering a wider massage coverage across the muscles compared to direct jets. This type of jet also offers a softer and more soothing sensation.

A total of 15 rotational jets are strategically installed to enhance the overall hydrotherapy experience.

Customizable Massage Control

The massage jet system of the VILADA hot tub allows users to customize the massage positions according to their preference. This feature enables users to activate only the jets that target specific muscle areas they wish to focus on. In total, 93 adjustable jet positions are available throughout the tub.

When jets in certain positions are turned off, the water pressure is redirected to the jets that remain active. This increases the intensity and clarity of the massage at those positions, enhancing the effectiveness of targeted hydrotherapy.

For example, if you want to focus on the neck area, which commonly experiences tension from activities such as working at a computer, driving for long periods, or maintaining repetitive postures, you can activate only the jets around the neck area of the lounge seat. At the same time, other jets—such as those for the shoulders, mid-back, lower back, upper legs, calves, and feet—can be turned off to concentrate the water pressure at a single point.

The result is a deeper and more intense massage, helping to effectively relieve tension in the neck muscles caused by daily stress and prolonged use.

Targeted Muscle Zones

The VILADA hot tub is designed with an ergonomic hydrotherapy system to help relax muscles that are commonly used in daily life. The spa features 2 lounge seats and 4 standard seats, each equipped with a unique jet arrangement that provides different massage experiences. As users move between seating positions around the tub, they can enjoy a variety of massage styles that target different muscle groups throughout the body.

The jet positions are arranged according to the natural structure of the body, allowing water pressure to effectively target areas that commonly experience tension, such as the neck, shoulders, shoulder blades, mid-back muscles, the middle and lower spine, and the lower back—all key areas affected by posture and daily activities.

In addition, the massage system extends to the arms and legs, with jets positioned to massage the palms, arms, upper thighs, outer thighs, calves, and feet. The foot area is designed with multiple massage points, including the toes, mid-foot, and heels, helping stimulate circulation and reduce fatigue from long periods of standing or walking.

With massage points thoughtfully arranged from the upper body down to the feet, the VILADA hot tub is not only a spacious spa that accommodates multiple users at once, but also delivers a balanced, full-body hydrotherapy massage experience.

ARISTECH® Acrylic Surface (USA)

The VILADA hot tub features a premium ARISTECH® acrylic surface from the United States, a material widely recognized in the international hot tub industry. With a 3 mm thickness, the acrylic layer forms the visible color surface of the spa and is the part that users directly touch. The spa surface is specially developed to withstand outdoor conditions, including UV exposure and water treatment chemicals. It is designed to be smooth, glossy, and durable. In addition, the material incorporates BIO-LOK® technology, which helps reduce the buildup of bacteria and mold within the material, allowing the spa surface to remain clean and beautiful for a long time.

BALBOA® Control System - (USA)

The BALBOA® control system functions as the central processor that manages and coordinates the operation of various components within the hot tub. The system is developed to control the massage system, heating system, water circulation and filtration system, as well as the lighting system, allowing all functions to operate together smoothly and efficiently. The control board is designed with a continuous monitoring system that checks for any irregularities in operation. If a situation occurs that may affect safety, the system can automatically stop certain components to prevent damage and maintain the stability of the entire system.

The touch control panel from a leading USA brand is designed to make operating the hot tub simple and convenient at any time. With just a light touch, users can easily control the spa’s key functions, including activating the massage system, adjusting the water temperature, and turning on the spa lighting. Fiberglass-Reinforced Shell

The shell of the VILADA hot tub is reinforced with a layer of fiberglass applied behind the acrylic surface to increase the density and structural strength of the spa body. High Leak-Resistant Plumbing System

The VILADA hot tub contains an extensive plumbing network due to its large size and diverse massage system. For this reason, the plumbing system is designed with a strong focus on tight connections and long-term durability. All connection points are secured using bonding materials specifically developed for the hot tub industry, allowing the system to withstand warm water temperatures and the chemicals used for water treatment. The pipe layout is carefully arranged within the space beneath the tub to ensure proper positioning and stability. This design helps reduce tension and movement in the pipes while the pump and massage systems operate continuously, allowing water to circulate efficiently and reliably throughout the spa.

Finished with PS Synthetic Wood Panels

The VILADA hot tub is finished with gray PS synthetic wood panels surrounding the exterior, creating a refined and modern appearance that blends naturally with outdoor relaxation spaces. The contemporary color tone also enhances the visual contrast of the water surface and the spa body. These synthetic wood panels serve as a protective enclosure for the area beneath the tub, where essential components such as the massage pumps, electrical systems, and plumbing lines are installed. This structure helps reduce the impact of sunlight, dust, moisture, and rain, which could affect the internal equipment. The synthetic wood material is also designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions, while being easy to maintain and requiring less upkeep compared to natural wood.

ABS BASE (SEALED BOTTOM PAN)

The hot tub is equipped with a bottom base made of ABS plastic, which directly contacts the installation surface and acts as a protective barrier between the spa and the ground. The base structure is designed to fully cover the underside of the tub, helping prevent rainwater, ground moisture, and debris from entering the area beneath the spa where important components such as the electrical control board and internal steel frame are installed. With the durable properties of ABS material—known for its toughness, strength, and resistance to outdoor conditions—the base helps improve the overall stability of the hot tub while also reducing the possibility of small animals entering the equipment area and causing damage.

2-Step Outdoor Spa Steps

The VILADA hot tub comes with gray 2-step outdoor spa steps designed to blend seamlessly with the synthetic wood panels surrounding the tub. The step structure is made from durable synthetic wood material, providing strong support and stable weight capacity. The surface is designed to allow users to step up and down with confidence, making entry and exit from the hot tub more convenient. The steps can be positioned flexibly according to the installation layout of the spa, allowing users to choose the most suitable access point based on the available space. This design helps ensure that the hot tub can be used comfortably and safely in everyday use.

Headrests

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with four headrests installed on the lounge seats and corner seats, enhancing comfort while soaking in warm water at different positions around the tub. The headrests are designed with an extra-long and wide shape, along with a curved form that naturally supports the head and neck. This ergonomic design allows users to relax more freely and comfortably compared to standard headrests, providing greater flexibility during the soaking experience. The materials are also specially designed for hot tub use, ensuring durability and suitability for warm water environments.

Water Filtration & Skimmer Circulation System

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with a water filtration and skimmer circulation system designed to maintain clean and clear water. This system allows the same water to be reused without needing to be drained after every use, helping keep the water ready for soaking at all times. Inside the system, three filter cartridges are installed to capture dust, debris, and small particles from the water. The filters can be easily removed for cleaning, making regular water maintenance simple and convenient for users.

Massage Pressure Control Valves

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with easy-to-use air control valves, allowing users to adjust the intensity of the jet massage simply by turning the valve to increase or decrease the pressure according to personal preference. A total of four valves are installed, designed to independently control the massage system across different zones of the spa. This allows users to adjust the massage pressure separately for the lounge seats and seating areas, providing greater comfort and a more personalized soaking experience.

Dedicated Pump System by Function

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with four massage pumps that generate pressure for the 97 hydrotherapy jets, along with one air pump that powers the 16 bubble massage outlets. In addition, a separate circulation pump is installed to operate the water filtration system, heating system, and ozone sanitation system. This function-based pump configuration allows each system to operate efficiently and independently, improving long-term performance while also making maintenance and troubleshooting faster and more convenient when needed.

SHELL INSULATION

The underside of the hot tub shell is insulated with PU foam, applied with an average thickness of 25–30 mm. This insulation helps retain the heat of the warm water by reducing heat loss through the bottom of the tub. As a result, the heater system does not need to operate as frequently, which helps lower overall energy consumption. Compared with hot tubs without this type of insulation, the system can maintain water temperature more efficiently and economically.

Perimeter Cabinet Insulation

The synthetic wood cabinet surrounding the hot tub is fitted with 15 mm insulation foam lined with aluminum foil. This layer functions to reflect and retain heat within the equipment area beneath the tub, helping preserve as much warmth as possible. Since some heat from the warm water may gradually dissipate through the foam insulation under the shell, this additional insulation helps reflect the heat back into the spa structure. As a result, it further enhances energy efficiency and supports long-term electricity savings during operation.

Ozone Sanitizing System

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with an ozone sanitizing system, designed to enhance water quality and maintain a cleaner and safer soaking environment. Ozone has the ability to eliminate bacteria, fungi, algae, and other microorganisms that may accumulate in the water. This helps keep the water clear and hygienic, allowing the spa to remain ready for relaxation at any time. The ozone system is known for its high sanitizing efficiency while remaining safe for both users and the surrounding environment.

In hot tub applications, ozone is introduced in the form of gas, designed to disinfect water within the plumbing system. The ozone generator draws oxygen from the surrounding air as a source to produce ozone. After completing the sanitation process, ozone naturally breaks down and returns to oxygen, which can be observed as small bubbles released during the system’s operation.

The ozone system provided by Q&G utilizes Corona Discharge technology, which generates ozone through an electrical discharge process. This technology is known for its high ozone production efficiency while maintaining low electricity consumption.

Installing an ozone system also helps reduce the amount of chlorine required in the hot tub, minimizing chemical odors and reducing irritation to the skin, eyes, and hair. Since ozone naturally converts back into oxygen, it leaves no chemical residue in the water, making water maintenance easier. It also does not negatively affect important spa components such as the plumbing system, pumps, and massage jets. The ozone generator has an approximate operating lifespan of 7,000 hours.

Hot Tub Cover

The VILADA hot tub comes with a cover designed specifically for outdoor use. It helps protect the water surface from dust, leaves, insects, and environmental debris, which are common causes of cloudy or contaminated water. By preventing these elements from entering the tub, the cover helps keep the water clean for a longer period and reduces the frequency of maintenance.

The internal structure of the cover includes an insulated core that helps retain the heat of the warm water. This reduces heat loss when the hot tub is not in use, allowing the heater system to operate less frequently and improving long-term energy efficiency. It also helps keep the water temperature ready for use whenever you want to enjoy a relaxing soak.

The cover is designed with a sloped shape from the center toward the outer edges, allowing rainwater to drain naturally from the surface. This design helps prevent water accumulation that could otherwise cause the material to deteriorate more quickly, while also reducing the weight placed on the cover during rainfall. The outer material is resistant to sunlight, heat, and outdoor weather conditions, and features a leather-like texture that complements the overall appearance of the spa. The surface is also easy to wipe clean, helping the cover maintain a neat and attractive look.

In addition to protecting water cleanliness, the cover also helps reduce the impact of direct sunlight on the acrylic surface and nearby components, such as the touch control panel, jet pressure valves, headrests, and small LED lights. As a result, it helps minimize material deterioration and extend the lifespan of the hot tub’s components.
