Lounger 1

This area is designed for full-body lounging in the water. The hip section is slightly elevated to provide better support, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the outdoor view while reclining. The lounger is designed with a water depth that reaches the shoulders for a relaxing soaking experience.

Directional Jet Massage

The VILADA hot tub features carefully selected direct jet massage nozzles designed to create a pressure-point massage effect. This type of jet provides targeted massage to specific muscle areas. Shaped like a jet nozzle or cone, it delivers a straight, focused stream of water for precise hydrotherapy.


These jets serve as the primary massage components of the spa, helping promote relaxation, with a total of 82 positions installed.

Rotational Jet Massage

Rotational jet nozzles provide a more dynamic massage experience. They create a kneading and swirling massage motion, delivering a wider massage coverage across the muscles compared to direct jets. This type of jet also offers a softer and more soothing sensation.


A total of 15 rotational jets are strategically installed to enhance the overall hydrotherapy experience.

Customizable Massage Control


The massage jet system of the VILADA hot tub allows users to customize the massage positions according to their preference. This feature enables users to activate only the jets that target specific muscle areas they wish to focus on. In total, 93 adjustable jet positions are available throughout the tub.


When jets in certain positions are turned off, the water pressure is redirected to the jets that remain active. This increases the intensity and clarity of the massage at those positions, enhancing the effectiveness of targeted hydrotherapy.


For example, if you want to focus on the neck area, which commonly experiences tension from activities such as working at a computer, driving for long periods, or maintaining repetitive postures, you can activate only the jets around the neck area of the lounge seat. At the same time, other jets—such as those for the shoulders, mid-back, lower back, upper legs, calves, and feet—can be turned off to concentrate the water pressure at a single point.


The result is a deeper and more intense massage, helping to effectively relieve tension in the neck muscles caused by daily stress and prolonged use.

The VILADA hot tub features a premium ARISTECH® acrylic surface from the United States, a material widely recognized in the international hot tub industry. With a 3 mm thickness, the acrylic layer forms the visible color surface of the spa and is the part that users directly touch. Water Filtration & Skimmer Circulation System

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with a water filtration and skimmer circulation system designed to maintain clean and clear water. This system allows the same water to be reused without needing to be drained after every use, helping keep the water ready for soaking at all times. Inside the system, three filter cartridges are installed to capture dust, debris, and small particles from the water. The filters can be easily removed for cleaning, making regular water maintenance simple and convenient for users.

Massage Pressure Control Valves

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with easy-to-use air control valves, allowing users to adjust the intensity of the jet massage simply by turning the valve to increase or decrease the pressure according to personal preference. A total of four valves are installed, designed to independently control the massage system across different zones of the spa. This allows users to adjust the massage pressure separately for the lounge seats and seating areas, providing greater comfort and a more personalized soaking experience.

Dedicated Pump System by Function

The VILADA hot tub is equipped with four massage pumps that generate pressure for the 97 hydrotherapy jets, along with one air pump that powers the 16 bubble massage outlets. In addition, a separate circulation pump is installed to operate the water filtration system, heating system, and ozone sanitation system. This function-based pump configuration allows each system to operate efficiently and independently, improving long-term performance while also making maintenance and troubleshooting faster and more convenient when needed.

SHELL INSULATION

The underside of the hot tub shell is insulated with PU foam, applied with an average thickness of 25–30 mm. This insulation helps retain the heat of the warm water by reducing heat loss through the bottom of the tub. As a result, the heater system does not need to operate as frequently, which helps lower overall energy consumption. Compared with hot tubs without this type of insulation, the system can maintain water temperature more efficiently and economically.

Perimeter Cabinet Insulation

The synthetic wood cabinet surrounding the hot tub is fitted with 15 mm insulation foam lined with aluminum foil. This layer functions to reflect and retain heat within the equipment area beneath the tub, helping preserve as much warmth as possible. Since some heat from the warm water may gradually dissipate through the foam insulation under the shell, this additional insulation helps reflect the heat back into the spa structure. As a result, it further enhances energy efficiency and supports long-term electricity savings during operation.

Ozone Sanitizing System


The VILADA hot tub is equipped with an ozone sanitizing system, designed to enhance water quality and maintain a cleaner and safer soaking environment. Ozone has the ability to eliminate bacteria, fungi, algae, and other microorganisms that may accumulate in the water. This helps keep the water clear and hygienic, allowing the spa to remain ready for relaxation at any time. The ozone system is known for its high sanitizing efficiency while remaining safe for both users and the surrounding environment.


In hot tub applications, ozone is introduced in the form of gas, designed to disinfect water within the plumbing system. The ozone generator draws oxygen from the surrounding air as a source to produce ozone. After completing the sanitation process, ozone naturally breaks down and returns to oxygen, which can be observed as small bubbles released during the system’s operation.


The ozone system provided by Q&G utilizes Corona Discharge technology, which generates ozone through an electrical discharge process. This technology is known for its high ozone production efficiency while maintaining low electricity consumption.


Installing an ozone system also helps reduce the amount of chlorine required in the hot tub, minimizing chemical odors and reducing irritation to the skin, eyes, and hair. Since ozone naturally converts back into oxygen, it leaves no chemical residue in the water, making water maintenance easier. It also does not negatively affect important spa components such as the plumbing system, pumps, and massage jets. The ozone generator has an approximate operating lifespan of 7,000 hours.

The VILADA hot tub comes with a cover designed specifically for outdoor use. It helps protect the water surface from dust, leaves, insects, and environmental debris, which are common causes of cloudy or contaminated water. By preventing these elements from entering the tub, the cover helps keep the water clean for a longer period and reduces the frequency of maintenance.


The internal structure of the cover includes an insulated core that helps retain the heat of the warm water. This reduces heat loss when the hot tub is not in use, allowing the heater system to operate less frequently and improving long-term energy efficiency. It also helps keep the water temperature ready for use whenever you want to enjoy a relaxing soak.


The cover is designed with a sloped shape from the center toward the outer edges, allowing rainwater to drain naturally from the surface.
